Monthly Board in 10’ x 12’ Stalls (two onsite)
Monthly Board in 12’ x 12’ Stalls (four onsite)
Monthly Board in 12’ x 22’ Stalls (four onsite)
- Hay – Free choice of first cut Timothy and Alfalfa (T&A) or Orchard and Alfalfa (O&A)
- Grain – Triple Crown Senior is fed twice daily in appropriate amounts
- Pre-packaged Supplements included with feed if provided by Owner
- Grazing 12 hours or more per day, weather permitting, unless otherwise agreed
- Well-maintained stalls offer interlocking mats, fans, automatic waterers and hay feeders
- Night-check performed by ranch owners or onsite barn manager every evening
- Includes Owner’s use of facilities: WiFi, air-conditioned restroom with shower and overnight bunkhouse accommodations if needed in the event of an emergency
Pasture Board
- Monthly or Long-Term Board in an appropriate social setting: in a well-behaved herd, with a pasture buddy, or solo, as needed
- Hay – Free choice of first cut Timothy and Alfalfa (T&A) or Orchard and Alfalfa (O&A)
- Grain – Triple Crown Senior is fed twice daily in appropriate amounts
- Pre-packaged Supplements included with feed if provided by Owner

General Horse Care
- Turn-out, including bell boots, fly gear or blankets, as appropriate
- Turn-in, including hoof check, light grooming, blanketing, as appropriate
- Basic medications, health care products and wound care administered upon request
- Light Grooming: Depending upon conditions, your horse will be curried, brushed, hooves picked, mane and forelock combed, face washed, showered and fly sprayed, as appropriate
